Building a Progressive Front on Campus, Local, and State Level

Want to learn how you can get involved at the campus, local, and state level to build a storng progressive infrastructure for now, 2018, 2020 and beyond?

Three ways you can get involved:

Join our new state legislative advocacy program which is tracking progressive legislation, endorsing bills, identifying coalition partners, and applying pressure to state legislators to endorse/co-sponsor/pass the bills.

The bills will center on: Racial justice #BlackLivesMatter
Immigration #EndDeportations #Not1More #ProtectDACAmentedStudents
Healthcare #HealthcareNotWarfare
Environmental Justice #NoDAPL #FlintNeedsWater #StopGlobalWarming
Education #SchoolsNotPrisons #FreeCollegeNow

Participate in local coalition work with community groups applying pressure to local city councils / chambers / school districts to do whatever they can to protect those most vulnerable and advance justice.

Please invite 50 friends. We need everyone to be successful.

There will be food and music.

See you there.
